Nelore Churrascarria - Winter Park offers continuous, all-you-can-eat, table side service, where you can select your favorite cuts of slow roasted, seasoned meats, cooked on skewers. 

 Choose from beef, pork, lamb or chicken, all served with our house specialty, oven warmed cheese bread.

In addition to this unique experience and the array of meats, we also offer an extensive salad bar with over 40 hot and cold dishes including  a variety of salads and vegetables, fine meats and rare cheeses. 

All of our guests will be treated to our world famous Brazilian Cheese Bread to accompany the steak, and can order our signutuare drink, the Caipirinha (made with lime, brown sugar, cachaca and crushed ice).

How it works

"Gaucho" is the name of the Brazilian cowboys that have been roasting meet over open flame for centuries.

In the traditional Brazilian style, our gauchos serve up 15 cut of the finest meats available- including steak, chicken, lamb and more - and they do this tableside, slicing each cut off the skewered roast.

Our wine list consists of a large selection of varietals from different regions, however, if it is South American Reds you like, you will most certainly be satisfied! Selections include Marques de Caceres Grand Reserve from Spain, and Chateau de la Tour Burgundy from France. 

For white wines we serve Alamos Chardonnay from Argentina, Cousino Macul Riesling from Chile, and many more!

Once you have filled up on the main course, indulge yourself and finish off the evening with an after dinner drink, or, cognac and one of our delightful dessert selections! Our specialty Brazilian dessert is the Creme de Papaia, a creamy Papaya treat, served with Cassis liquor.
